This is a Hoolio I made for a friend as a present. I had to make him in a rush so he has ended up being rather quirky =D But all the best Hoolios are quirky

All Hoolio needs now is to have his feet attached. But for now he is footloose and fancy-free. Yes I am proud of my atrocious pun.
